Check-In/Pick-Up: All children must be signed in by an adult (18 years or older). They must picked up by an adult listed below unless signed written consent from the parent/guardian is provided to the Kids Ministry Director. No child will be released to anyone under the age of 18.

Photo Release *

During Kids Ministry programming/events, photos and videos may be taken. These photos can be used for promotional materials. Material will NEVER include the names of the children in the videos or photos as per our Child & Youth Protection Policy.

I give permission for still or video pictures to be used for promotional purposes.

Parent Involvement

We encourage all parents/guardians to support Kids Ministry by praying for the leaders and children, actively encouraging your child(ren)'s participation, inviting others to attend, and volunteering your time/talents.
