Snowball Mountain Challenge- VBS 2026

We're going on a Snowball Mountain Challenge with God this year at VBS! Get ready to join Ollie, the Arctic Seal, and all our friends at St. Andrew's as our Challengers learn that with the strength God provides through Jesus, they can do more than they ever dreamed they could do. During each session we will encourage children to consider that through God's strength, we can do all things.

*Please read all of the following information prior to registering.

Date & Time

• VBS is July 13-17 from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
• Our VBS Celebration is Sunday, July 19 (time TBA).

Age Requirement

• Children must be at least 3 years of age by September 1, 2025 and potty trained to attend VBS.
• When registering, select the grade that your child will have completed by the summer of 2025. 
  • (Example: If your child just completed the 3rd grade and is preparing to go into the 4th grade in Fall of 2025, you will register them for the 3rd grade class. Think of VBS as an extension of the school year). 
• 6th - 12th graders can participate in VBS as youth volunteers.

Cost
The cost is $50 per child, this includes a VBS shirt, daily crafts, science experiments, outdoor activities, Bible theater, live worship, and snacks. There are discounts for volunteers with children participating and a multi-children discount for families registering 4 or more children.

• Credit card payment is accepted through our online registration.
• If you will be paying by check or with cash, please fill out the online registration and then bring your payment to the church office or mail it to the address below. Payment must be received by July 1.

VBS Form
Please complete the included VBS form during registration. A link to the form will be available on your registration confirmation page. The form contains important information about your child and will be kept on file with your child's classroom leader for the duration of the event. The VBS Form includes medical notes (allergy and health conditions), photo release options and a list of adults authorized to pick up your child from the event. This from MUST be completed by July 6.

Volunteers

Adult VBS volunteers will receive one free child registration. Please complete the volunteer registration prior to the child registration to receive your discount code.

Waitlist
If your child's age/grade selection is full when you register, please select the appropriate waitlist. Classroom capacities may fluctuate depending on demand based on age/grade and/or cancellations.

Technical Issues with Registering
In the past, parents have reported issues with signing their children up in the correct grade. When they would attempt to sign their child up in the correct grade, they would receive an error message saying their child is not in that grade. This error happens when our system does not automatically update a child's grade or age from the previous year. If you receive this error message, do not sign them up for a different age group. Simply email Christine and she can correct it and get your child registered.
